Approaching the School for a Place

1. Call for a prospectus this will include an application form or use the online forms on our web site.
2. If we can offer you a place, we try to confirm places within 5 working days
3. If we can not offer you the start date or sessions requested an alternative will be offered
1. If the alternative if not suitable, a refund of your application fee / deposit will be given

• Subject to places being available, you may enroll your child at any point in the term. However, at very busy periods, on the run up to Christmas or summer shows for example, we may ask you to delay the start date until the normal school routine begins again.

• Most children join in September for the start of the academic year. There are options to join in Easter. If you are moving to the area from abroad or have other special circumstances please let us know.

• It is common for the schools to have waiting lists for the popular sessions. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. *However we try to ensure that places required for parents with children already at the school are given priority.
  
• If you wish to secure the place required please confirm your booking as soon as possible.
• Elementary Lists:
• The Lower Elementary Class has 6 places available for September. There are 4 current applications.
• The Upper Elementary Class has 3 places available for September.
  

Children's House: Session Types and Terms...

• 2 years to 6 years (Children’s House at all schools)

• Spring Term (Jan to March/April)
• Summer Term (March/April to July)
• Autumn Term (September to December)
  

• Full Days: 8.30am to 3.00pm.
• Long Mornings: 8.30am to 1.00pm.
• Short Mornings: 8.30am to 12.00pm (places are limited, reserved for younger children).
• Long Afternoons: 12.00pm to 3.00pm. Short Afternoons: 1.00pm to 3.00pm (Places are limited, reserved for younger children)

• Sunrise Club, 8am to 9am.
  
• Create After School Club 3pm to 5:30pm.
• Create Holiday Club. 8am to 5:30pm

• Parents are asked to provide packed lunches at Forest Farm. Please, no sweets or chocolate. Please contact the office for a list of packed lunch ideas.

• Bicester:
  

• Full Day Care: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5:30pm.
• School Day: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3pm
  
• Morning Day Care with lunch: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 1pm
• Morning Day Care no lunch: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12pm
• Short Afternoons: Monday to Friday 1pm to 3pm
  
• Long Afternoons: Monday to Friday 12am to 3pm

• Iffley: *Friday Day Care is available during holiday periods only.

• Full Day Care: Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5:30pm.
• School Day: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3pm
  
• Morning Day Care with lunch: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 1pm
• Morning Day Care no lunch: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12pm
• Short Afternoons: Monday to Friday 1pm to 3pm

• Breakfast Club, 8am to 9am. Create After School Club 3pm to 5:30pm.

• Lunches: Healthy and organic when practical, lunches are available at Iffley and Bicester.

• Cycle Three: 8/9 to 11/12 years

• School Day: 8.30am to 3.00pm.
  
• Extended Wednesday: 8:30 to 4pm for additional sports.

• Create Holiday Club. 8am to 5:30pm
