The ethos of OMS is not for profit. We believe children have a right to the best educational and care. Our fee structure means fees charges fall as children grow, allowing families to plan long term. We charge less for a senior place than we do for the nursery settings. Classes are kept small, Staff are well paid for the sector, enjoy long holidays. As a result they are well qualified and committed. Our teams stay at OMS for years. The resources and expertise we have developed since establishing OMS 23 years ago are unparallelled. We prioritize for the children and teachers. Administration is run by parent volunteers and proprietors who teach at the primary & senior environments at Forest Farm. Discounts / Grants / Subsidy

There are various ways we can reduce your child care costs. Please tick those which you believe apply to you. The information you provide on this form will help us understand how we may help.

Nursery Education Grant (Paid to all 3 and 4 year old children) Approximate value £600 per term.

Sibling discounts (If have a second child joining us in the nursery 10%, in the primary 20%) off published fees
Year round discounts. If you pay a full years fees in advance we can reduce your overall bill by 5%
If you study at the University of Oxford CCS our partnership with Child Care Services will discount your fees by 5%
If you work at the University of Oxford CCS our partnership with Child Care Services will discount your fees by 5%
If you work at the University you may apply directly to CCS Salary Sacrifice Scheme and avoid paying Tax or National Insurance on child care fees
All parents may use child care vouchers to reduce tax and NI on money spent for child care if your employer subscirbes to the schemes

Volunteering & Work in Exchange for Fee Reductions

We can also reduce fees where a parent or relative carries out volunteer work that we may rely upon to reduce our costs. Work for Fee Reductions are possible if an individual has a specific skill to offer. We currently have much appreciated help with accounts and invoicing using these arrangements. Others areas that could qualify are local marketing / fund raising / events organisation / general administration.
