Just to remind you about our Summer party on the 8th July.  Each year we have a party to celebrate the end of term and summer holidays.  The children are very excited!

This year there is...

Camping Night (Friday 8th, bring own tent)
• An open mic set up for anyone who wants to play (no pressure)  
• Sports.  Football, table tennis etc. 
• Bonfire (bring marshmallows!) 
• Outdoor Cinema (indoors if weather unkind)  
• Access to the grounds and facilities

Tea and Cakes at tea time (please bring a little money) 

Raffle raising money for the children's charity (please bring lots of money :-) Lark  http://www.lark.btik.com/

It's free (no tickets) but please remember to bring your own food. 

When:  Friday July 8th.
Where:  Forest Farm School.  Elsfield

Starts:  4.30pm (pitch tents)

Open Mic: 5.30ish

THE GRAND RAFFLE FROM FLORENCE DARBY (IFFLEY SUPERVISOR)

Dear parents

This Friday for our Music Festival we are planning to draw a raffle. Only £2 a strip to win prizes over £50. Remember we are not that many, the probability of being a winner is very high, so get as many strips as you wish to maximize your chance!!!!!! Please find below our fantastic prizes. Be generous as all the proceeds go to street children in Eldoret, Kenya. Please find attached the details of the charity of which I am a trustee. We are a handful of volunteers supporting over 250 children. If you want to know more details or feel like doing something to support them, please do not hesitate to contact me!
