What's possible? We have an amazing environment that's 10 minutes form the center of Oxford. There is approximately 12 acres with lovely views; a newly planted wood with 3000 trees; a huge covered sports barn, playgrounds, ponies, peacocks, hens and a silver pheasant! There is also a large indoor hall with adjoined kitchen.
